Autumn

 

Well Autumn is here in Christchurch! It was Anzac day today so Taylor got the day off work and I got the day off uni. It was such a beautiful day, a crisp, sunny autumn day like it was take out of a book! I am currently studying fashion eras at uni and ever since kind of had a 70's feeling around me so dug out this old dress of my mums to wear!! Taylor's snake skin print beauty was thrifted, a bit more mod though! We had lots of fun playing round with the leaves on my lawn!! Such beautiful golden colours. Sorry about late posting!! Red Lakes

For easter Taylor and I went up to one of my farms just out of the Christchurch city. It was amazing weather all weekend, great for getting in some photos! We shot at a lake called the Red Lakes which is a bit of a hidden lake, up a hill over some rocks etc but a fun ride! I thankfully talked Taylor out of driving her little yellow Volvo that we had just washed up there!!! Farms are definitely made for four wheel drives!!! Sorry for the delay in the post!! Even though i'm on holiday from uni we seemed to never have time to post!! (and theres no internet or cell phone coverage at the farm!!!)

A couple of weeks ago Lexie and I ventured to the local supermarket to grab some groceries and turned the normally boring chore into a fun opportunity to takes some snaps, apart from the strange onlookers in a few photos (we get that a lot) haha. X T&L

City

Yesterday Taylor and I went into our current city centre where the fashion show was held the other day to take some photos.It was later at night so no one was around, which made a perfect atmosphere to take some photos! Taylor was wearing her amazing new LIAM coat from RUBY, its so classic and the cut is amazing. And in such a gorgeous colour, vermillion. It wasn’t that cold outside but we had to make an excuse so she could wear it! My mum bought me the dress I am wearing when she last went over to the UK, what great taste she has! I love the length of it and the polka dot pattern. My nail polish is by RUBY it is Smurf and Marina, love this colour combo. Have a great night!! Re:Start Fashion Show

 

 

Last night Lexi and I had an amazing time at the Re:Start Fashion show, featured in the Re:Start shopping centre in Christchurch! An amazing set up in the middle of the city, it is made of shipping containers turned into shops which have replaced the earthquake destroyed Cashel Mall. The night featured collections from each store in the shopping centre, I personally loved Ruby's collection and here are a few favourite pictures I got of the night, whats your favourite? X L&T
